I didn't know a thing about Ender Dragon. I searched the house and looked at the world. the world was made up of blocks. Not one block or two blocks. Thousands of them. Haphazardly I realized that I was in mine-craft. A game that I used to play this game when I was seven years old. I thought that it was only a dream, so I tried to wake myself up. But I couldn't. Personal background starts off small, it changes and grows over time into something big, it grows into an identity. Walking down the hallway at school, seeing someone standing alone, my first instinct is to make conversation, compliment, or even just smile at him or her. This instinct came from someone once telling me an act so small could turn a person's entire life around. As a kid, reading encyclopedias about random topics, consumed my time. Many days were spent coming home to find an injured wild animal in my dad's arms waiting to be saved. My dad would sit outside and draw animals, trees, and anything else he saw. Nothing excited me more than trying to draw whatever my dad drew, and as good as he did. Any assignment that was handed to…

One of the most significant challenges I have faced was when I injured my knee during a critical time of my dragon boat career. However, I powered through paddling through the salty waters of Marine Stadium at the annual Long Beach Dragon Boat Festival with a knee brace, high adrenaline , grunts, and shouts; it was the last time I ever paddled after placing 4th in A division with my precious members. Afterward, I knew my knee would only get worse if I kept on paddling, so I was extremely dejected in having to stop doing a sport that I enjoyed. Even though I was saddened to stop paddling for my health and future, I continued on with the dragon boat team by being a manager, secretary, and a volunteer organizer.…
