On the other hand, preschool kids are full of life. I adore there energy, fearlessness and compassion that they usually exhibit. I find it easier to redirect or discipline younger children. I appreciate their simple logic. My favorite part of working with preschool kids is how they are so inquisitive. I envy how they love and interact with other people. An added bonus is that little kids have an attention span to match mine. I enjoy creating activities for them on the fly. I love letting them create, role-playing with them, I’m not afraid or annoyed by how loud they can be. I am not afraid of mess making. In addition, I helped with my autistic brother and three younger sisters. I started babysitting when I was twelve and became a nanny for a family when I was fifteen. While I was a nanny, I watched four children age 4 months, 3 year, 5 years, and 10 years old. I was responsible for everything from morning nap to afterschool homework. I also assisted with housework and took the kids on outings. When I turned seventeen, I took an internship at my church for a year. As an intern, I worked with several classes every day. I have helped and coordinated childcare for conferences and camps for a variety of ages. Recently I have worked as a tuder and I am looking forward to a job as a nanny this
