3 I have to do (actions) Learn goals of my coworkers, let them know that I am aware of their goals and help to set them up for success.
Keep track of ongoing deadline for my tasks and projects.
Give people time to understand my way of doing things.
I use a way of thinking "what if" to help others to see my plans, this make them more confident in my plans.

Give him something is not working well and he will enjoy configuring out another way of doing things, this makes him feel more confident.

I have to: Make sure to give him advance notice of deadlines, because he needs to feel that he got all his work done before the deadline.
I don't have to get him surprised with a sudden change in plan.
I don't have to disturb him because he gets annoyed with disorganization.

I am good at, or I like to, or I am interested in I feel I am the owner of any project I commit it.
I like to do things in the right ways.
If for some reason I can't deliver the project on time, I will start to look for ways to make it up on time.
I will not quite be able to live with myself until I finish my commitments.
3 I have to do (actions) I don't like unfinished work, and I would like to make it right if a commitment is not met.
I like to work with the people who have the same sense of responsibility.
I work best when they give me freedom of the work and I don't like to check in during a project, just at the end of the project.
I have to give particular part of the responsibility to my team, this gives them the opportunity to grow, on the other hand, protect myself from
