I have developed an abundance of skills, that I would not have learnt without the cooperative experience. Gill is obligated to meet with MPs often, due to VSA being government funded. Thus, when Gill was invited to meet with the minister of Youth, Nikki Kaye, I was asked to join her. As VSA is a fairly casual work environment, yet going to Parliament meant that it was excepted for me to look professional. This included ironing my clothes, shinning my shoes, and acting in a professional manner. This allowed me to develop my professionalism skills, as I was the first time I have been in such a professional
