Personal Narrative: My Place As A Residential Assistant

Living in a residential area that feels like a community is very important, especially for those who may be living on their own for the first time. If I was to be selected as a Residential Assistant, I would not only hope that the residents would say that they lived in a great community, I would hope that they would feel like every one of their fellow residents was a member of their family. Besides that, there are many other things I hope that my residents would say at the end of the academic year.
First, I hope that my residents would say that they had felt safe in my community. I believe that having a sense of safety is imperative, as a person can never be truly comfortable in the place that they live without feeling safe there. Encompassed
