Personal Narrative: My Second Day In This Office

Today was my second day in this office. I reported to Octavia and she asked me who it was the last time I was here. I had Dr. Samson. She told me that there were a few more sheets left for him but I will not be able to finish it today, this was my administrative task. I now know that if I finish enough today, the next person to come after me can finish the rest then help with the letters for Dr. Banik who was also leaving in January 2017. His letter had almost the same information as Dr. Samson only that his says that he is leaving the hospital and going somewhere else to work. As I was working on the documents, I followed the system I had planned the last time I was here. It worked out perfectly. I was able to finish more than the amount I
had finished the day before yesterday. I first folded the confidential documents and put it into a pile. Then, I put them each in the envelope. Lastly, I put the stickers that had the names and addresses of the patients on all of them in an easy motion. I felt less tired after finishing my documents then the last time. As I was piling them up, I was putting them into a box that was able to hold a majority of the envelopes. As I was putting them in a few at a time, I noticed that some were stuck together. The part of the envelope that we seal was being stuck to the other envelopes. I tried to problem solve it by putting one at a time but this was taking up much more of my time. I decided to pull apart the enveloped individually and place them on top of each other after I had put the stickers on them. I then put them in the box. This made a difference. There were not anymore envelopes stuck to each other.
