Remember when Shrek told Donkey, “Ogres are like onions. They have layers”? The same is true, of course, of humans. As the year goes along, we’ll learn more and more about you. I love listening to music. I also paint things sometimes.
5. What makes you different from most of your peers?
I don’t mind presenting in front of the class, even though I’m not a good public speaker. I know that it is something that I will need to use for the rest of my life so I would like to master it.
6. What is your American Dream?
My American dream is to graduate college and get a job. However, what matters most is enjoying the freedom that I already have in America.
7. Tell us about the best teacher you ever had. What made him/her a good teacher for you?
Bernadette May-Beaver was my favorite teacher I have ever had because she was very understanding of my schedule and helped out a lot with my essays.
8. Tell us about a past assignment in which your teacher saw your best work. Why did this assignment produce your best stuff?
My best assignment was an English paper I wrote for Debi Ohayon in the 10th grade and it was my best work because I loved the book that the paper was based on.
