As the bus drove up the monstrous looking hill we could see multiple busses and people buzzing everywhere. It almost seemed like there was no space that was wasted there was either a person or a bus there. It was after all, one of the biggest youth conferences and surely the biggest one I had ever been to. Thankfully, the University was very organized and the weekend began right away. After receiving our name tags and campus maps we were assigned to our dorms and asked to move all of our belongings into our rooms. As we grouped with our roommates, I found out that I was thankfully going to be rooming with two of my friends. As the weekend kicked off and we all meet in the Field House, also known as the big auditorium, we were told how the weekend was structured and what was expected of us. Thankfully, I was relieved after hearing what the weekend was going to be like, that I was going to really enjoy the conference weekend.
