Psychoanalytic is the importance of early childhood experiences. Psychoanalytic is a method that was developed by Sigmund Freud that will focus on the repression and the unconscious mind and the sexual instincts in the development and the formation of your personality. Humanistic states that every human being has the same needs and values regardless of the circumstances. During this perspective it takes positive looks on human nature and then is centered on how each person will achieve the individual goals. The trait perspective is more centered on the differences between individuals itself. Trait perspectives is more focused on identifying and measuring individual characteristics. Social cognitive perspective deals with the understanding of the mental process such as the memory, perception, thinking, and how they will relate to behaviors. The biological perspective is looking at psychological topics in which studying the physical basis for human and animal behaviors.
I believe that personality is very changeable. When we are born, we are born with a personality right of the bat. But that personality that we have when we are kids eventually changes over time. The environment and peer pressure has a great impact on our personality changing over time. For instance when you are dealing with teenagers, they will be acting one way but when they get around their peers, they will change in either a good way or a bad way. The environment also has an impact on the personality. The reason why I believe that the environment can change ones personality is because I have seen people that lives in bad environment and they have turned out to be not very good individuals.
