John Wolfgang von Goethe’s Quote Perspective is Key
Has a time ever come to you where you were presented something and yet it seemed it had no value for you? In other words, it was rather insignificant to you? If so, then remember, you may think that thing has no meaning to you, but to another person, it may. In reality, it’s just a matter of perspective, you see. As Johnn Wolfgang von Goethe said,” There is nothing insignificant in the world, it all depends on the point of view”. In truth, what I find what this man said very logical and the proof is simple.
Doctors, engineers, artists, teachers, writers and even athletes have a certain knowledge that they themselves would only benefit from
in their profession. If that is the case, what would happen if an artist was presented surgical procedures? The artist would deem it insignificant for his or her profession, whereas a doctor would deem it very important to his or her work. From what you can see, the artist’s point of view made the surgical procedures seem useless, but in reality, they were important in the doctor’s eyes. What von Goethe said is like the phrase,” one man’s trash is another’s treasure “, in a way. From what I understand from this saying is that everything has a purpose and meaning to it and to deem it insignificant would be foolish of us. Like Johnn Wolfgang von Goethe said,” it all depends on the point of view”, and like how I say, perspective is key.
