Last OP I talked about concussions and the effect they have on people’s brains. Other injuries can affect the way a certain muscle can work. When you break a bone in your leg or tear something you need to do physical therapy. While you do physical therapy it can take a long time to build up the muscle you didn’t use. This is not good, if you keep playing sports that muscle will be stronger, but the downside is that the ligament may be more prone to being injured. Many players come back from a serious injury and then do very well. One instance was when Peyton Manning came back from neck surgery to set many records in the next season.
