Romeo is to guilty and to blame due to his impulsive actions. First Romeo is responsible for the death of Juliet because he went to the party and fell in love with her instead of staying with Rosaline. Then after getting to know her for one day they decide that they are perfect for each other so they get married. When Romeo meets up with his group Tybalt challenges him to fight, but Romeo refuses (3.1.62-68). This makes Tybalt mad and he starts beating up Romeo. Romeo and Lord Capulet are the most exceptional people to blame because of their positions in the play that Shakespeare wrote. Shakespeare created this play for the tragedy love ending that takes place in the Capulets tomb. We see this tragedy ending as a way to understand the love that Romeo and Juliet felt for each other.
