I do admit that I love my daily burst of energy and the stress relief that soda gives me, but I think in the long run discontinuing this behavior will provide more benefits. As I said, there are some downsides to cutting soda out of my diet. For one thing I will probably experience some withdrawal symptoms, such as headaches which I have already begun experiencing. Also, I will have a lack of energy until I find a new daily energy source. However, there are also many benefits to making this change. In the long run I will be much healthier, not caffeine dependent, and probably a little richer because I won’t be spending so much money on
