Should school graduates get immediately employed?
Introduction

In this challenging world it getting more and more difficult to progress, few people can live well with the jobs they have. We should give a chance to school graduates to have this experience and maintain themselves with little or no help at all, so they can grow and mature.
Quote

“The best way to appreciate your job is to imagine yourself without one.”
-Oscar Wilde- A British writer and poet, who achieved great success since early in his life and died as a man who worked all his life.
Anecdote: My brother works since the age of 17 with my father, and he is able to pay his own things and that helps my dad. He is an auto sufficient individual and capable of maintaining hims.elf

1. Graduates struggle in the first six months after graduating, only 76.6% obtaining part-time jobs and 23.4% still unemployed. Full time jobs start appearing within the first year after graduating and still there is a 20-22% of unemployment rate. These rates seem odd because there is lack of employment everywhere in the US, and we could use these open spaces to empty these young graduates and improve the economy.

2. Graduates should get employed beacause it means a learning and growing experience, besides this means they can maintain themselves. Start early. Start paying the little things: Your phone, gas for your car, clothes and this alleviates pressure off your parents. It benifficiates both you and your parents

3. Giving immediate employment to these graduates can make this country a more auto sufficient one, with less lazy people, more people that work and leave their heart making things right. This could also be a model for future generations. The government should employ these people so they can maintain themselves and not be dependent on other people to do stuff for them.

Conclusion

Graduate employment is a serious thing, and I think we should

And many of those who took out loans will drop out of college stated in the article by The Economist: “It does not help that nearly a third of those who take out such loans eventually drop out of college; they must still repay their debts” (Is College Worth It). This statistic means that students will have a huge burden of debts when they drop out of college. Without their degrees, they will have a hard time paying back their loans. Students would be better off if they had applied for a job after high school. Also, a survey states that: “… only half of graduates feel prepared for a job in their field, and only 39% of managers feel that students are ready for the workforce” (Is College Worth It). This shows that even though they have a degree for their field many of them are not ready for the real world. They need more on hand experiences and even possibly part time jobs to get them to be used to the working experiences. According to an article, “Well-Prepared in Their Own Eyes” by Scott Jaschik, employers prefers well rounded employees even if they have a degree in their field. Employers felt more confident in their skills if they had real world work experiences and not just lectures from colleges. Because managers think recent graduates lack the skills they need, it means they will have a hard time…

An improvement to the education system will happen through freedom of choice for students in the tenth grade of high school. Students will be able to choose to continue schooling or directly enter the workforce/technical school. This reduces strain on the education system by not having to educate a large portion of children for the extra two years that is commonplace in our current system. A similar education system has been implemented in some European countries to great success (5). To prevent abuse of the system, in order to avoid working for the betterment of society, there will be a four year time period in order to obtain the necessary schooling to succeed. However, people can still attempt to continue their education after the four year time limit, but these people must work a full time job along with schoolwork to continue claiming societal benefits. These measures ensure people can have the career they want to have, and this is one of the primary aspects that keeps the system running and…

Now college is like a new turning point for people who have just graduated out of high school and students are very bias about going to college or not. So I think they should go straight into the work force and there are some reasons why student don’t go to college. Students don’t want to go to college because maybe they think of it as a waste of time and that they have no need to go to another school to learn a specific course for 4 years and that they can do it themselves. For examples some artist in the music industry didn’t go to college like J Cole or Rihanna didn’t study music just to be an artist. Some animators are pros just from teaching themselves instead of learning it at colleges. Another reason would be that some…

PTSD or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is a psychiatric disorder that can occur following the experience or witnessing of life-threatening events such as the military combat, natural disasters, terrorism incidents, or any major tragedy. This is common in the life of veterans and is the leading cause of suicide among veterans. A VA patient who survived in Baghdad shares his experience with PTSD and explains how he knew he had this disability. Many veterans speak out about this issue and describe their continuous anger, alcohol addiction, and constantly wanted to fight. They usually feel very isolated and distant from their loved ones. One patient states, “PTSD involves rocketing into extreme states of stress re-activity; in the form of terror, rage, and uncontrollable impulses, and plunging into equally extreme states of being shut-down—exhaustion, emotional numbing, despair, and dissociation”. PTSD is about having fear and anxiety, allowing veterans to rage with anger and different emotion. There are many factors to PTSD, which affects others in different ways; or example, using video games to keep them occupied, spending money due to the lack of impulse control because of changes in their brain, and even not obtaining another job.…
