In summary organic produce and other foods are grown without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, sewage sludge, genetically modified organisms, or ionizing radiation. Animals that produce meat, poultry, eggs, and dairy products do not take antibiotics or growth hormones.

Not only are conventional farmers using harsh pesticides and hormones to enhance attributes such as size, color and resistance to bugs/ insects, but they are changing the genes!
