b) Formulate a strategy that will enable the organisation to respond and prosper in its changing environment. Which external opportunities should it seize and which external threats should it counter? (25 marks)

Assessment criteria are specifically related to the learning outcomes and the relevant skillsbased set of those outcomes are repeated here:S1. An ability to develop ability to collect, analyze and reformat information from a variety of relevant sources
S3. An ability to demonstrate ability to research and locate information relevant to understanding the business environment.
S4. An ability to practice and develop written and oral communication skills.
W ith those in mind you will be assessed on: your ability to find and use relevant references and data; the extent to which you use and apply logical, insightful and convincing analysis to the topic the structure and effectiveness of arguments deployed and their presentatio n; the correct sourcing of material and the quality of referencing in your bibliography.
