Pesto the Redbot
One day a little girl was getting bullied because of an outfit. Later that day, a RedBot named Pesto came to help and stop the bullies. Now that little girl can wear an outfit and not get bullied for the clothes. Pesto the Redbot is a service providing robot for others, and Pesto's job is to stop bullying and provide school utensils for children. Pesto the Redbot and the building crew are completing this task at school. The group will accomplish this by creating Pesto's bully radar and vending machine. Pesto's service will be to help children that are being bullied and also give away objects
from a vending machine that Pesto will provide. Some Redbots are doing services outside of school, such as recycling. Pesto's builders figured out a service to do by casting a vote. Cleaning got five votes, assistance got seven votes, suppling got eight votes, and lastly, bully radar got thirteen votes. The crew got together and discussed the votes and decided to go with the bully radar, and the vending machine, but the vending machine wasn’t working very well, so the group will work on fixing it and use the vender. All of the building and sodering was being done in the maker space, when the group realized that Pesto the Redbot wasn’t working, because he wasn’t connected to anything. so Pesto's group connected it and Pesto moved a little bit, but the group still has to get a control panel for Pesto, and connect the Redbot, but why was this so important?
Eventually, team Pesto started to work on how this will change the world. What was the importance of the bully radar and vending machine? Well, to help children who are being bullied and need help, and also to provide school supplies for them. There were a lot of trial and error but soon after the making was about finished everything was working. The group thought that this task was important because it will help children and boost their confidence, and also make sure to supply kids and give to ones who need the utensils. Pesto was a very social Redbot and helped with a fare amount of economic things.
