Informative Speech

I. Intro
A. How many of you have owned or currently own a pet? How many of you wanted to go on vacation but plans were ruined simply because your family was too busy to watch him or her and you didn’t trust anyone else. Or here’s another scenario you work a 9-5 job and don’t have time for your pet. You feel bad leaving them locked up in a cage all day and you need someone to feed them watch them and most importantly play with them but your not sure who. Well look no further this is the place for you!
B. Today I will talk to you about the Pampered Pets Hospitality Center. I will go over who we are, what we do, how we got where we are today, ending with our daily procedures in both the front end (customer service wise) and the back of house ( kennel attendant agenda).

II. Body

A. Conclusion A. So now that I have went over and explained who we are, what we do, how we got where we are today, ending with our daily procedures in both the front end (customer service wise) and the back of house ( kennel attendant agenda), I hope you have a better understanding of The Pampered Pets Hospitality Center.
B. According to CBS news, America spent a recording breaking $56 billion on pet services in the last year. The pet industry will forever be in demand as long as people keep buying pets. As pet lovers ourselves we know how hard it is for you to leave your loved ones with people that you don’t yet know. Let us tell you, that after the first visit you and your best friend will have the confidence and assurance needed to feel good leaving them with us at the Pampered
