I got the idea because my cousin and I were playing a game where you had to multitask. So that’s how I came up with the idea. I thought that the kids would be the best at multitasking because since all the kids are still in school they might know more. I conducted the experiment by first gathering my subjects and my materials. Then I explained to all of my subject what they were going to do, I started the experiment and wrote everything they did during the test. Finally wrote all the data on the data table. The provision of effective feedback within the assessment process is essential, to ensure successful learner development, by helping learners to identify what they have done well or what they may need to do to improve performance to meet the required standard. The process of providing feedback also creates an opportunity for both the learner and the teacher to negoatiate goals and to action plan in order to meet the requirements of future assessments. The learning journey undertaken by each learner is different as everyone has different learning needs, speeds and styles that can be influenced by personality types, this means it is vital to plan differentiated learning outcomes to meet the needs of higher level learners, ensuring they are not held back, this has to be done while making sure slower learners are not left behind. Differentiated learning is crucial in order to ensure ‘all’ learners successfully complete learning outcomes and reach their full potential. To achieve this I will continually assess progress, gain and give feedback and provide extra support where necessary.…
