Chapter 6 Physical education constantly puts emphasis on acquiring healthier lifestyles. Personal excellence is bettering your most recent record and succeeding your next, personal best. Although for each person, it is different. The involvement in physical activity can benefit many.
When wanting to purse and attain personal excellence, you must first figure out your extrinsic or intrinsic motives. Test and compare yourself using pre and post-tests to measure your personal excellence. The essence of Olympic competition is a great way to take on individual superiority. Personal greatness in lifelong doings can be developed differently from one another. Forming new and unique games helps support physical movement which benefits several health-wise. Many individuals, who watch and cheer for other individuals are known as spectators, they encourage the physical activity going on. This helps demonstrate the meaning of physical activity to others. Contribution in physical activity can arrange for chance in satisfaction, challenge, individualism, and social collaboration,
In all I learned that striving for personal distinction and a wholesome way of life can benefit not only me, but others in many ways. Personal excellence is exceeding your last score to accomplish your next greatest. Physical activity helps build opportunity. This assists the acknowledgement of the worth of physical activity.
