There are many points that should be included in an employment contract. Four main points that must be included are:
1. Employers name
2. Employee’s name
3. Date the employment is to commence
4. Address that the main employment will take place.

An example of a Contract of Employment is attached.

3. Employment Rights and Responsibilities.
