Pinnacle Week 6 Video Analysis Report
Video Analysis Report – Week 6 | BUSN460: Senior Project | |

After reviewing weeks 5 and 6 video episodes, we the business consultants have found that CanGo still has some issues that must be corrected in order to operate and function effectively. We have carefully evaluated CanGo’s issues and will be introducing them as well as providing recommendations to make corrections to help improve the company’s problem areas. The first issue was the employee evaluations; very vague. Another that we have noticed is that CanGo is expanding too quickly, another issue that follows CanGo expanding too quickly is that they lack the financial capital to grow so quick. Since they are growing, they are relocating their staff into different positions to cover the new business they will be working on. Another issue is that the managers are trying to get employees to work even harder.
Issues
1. Performance evaluations- The employee evaluations are not a complete review of the employee and they are not very honest. The evaluation forms lack detail and information; they are vague. 2. Expanding quickly- The issue is that CanGo is expanding quicker than they should. They are not prepared to expand this quick. They lack staff and they lack the capital to grow so fast. 3. Relocating staff- Since CanGo is growing at a high speed, they are relocating the current workers to cover the new jobs that are supposed to be done. 4. Cancelling Projects/Starting new ones- They are so focused on the growth that they think it is okay to cancel current ongoing and begin new ones because “it will bring them more capital.” 5. Managers adding workload- The managers want the employees to work harder so that they can keep up with the expansion. They want them to do what they did before and add on to that. 6. Customer Service Complaints- CanGo continues to get customer complaints because of wrong orders, late orders, and missing orders.
