A. Introduction
This On-the-Job Training (OJT) Report is a part of the expected outputs in line with the Batangas Electric Cooperative Inc. (BATELEC II).
On-the-Job Training (OJT) is one of the best training methods because it is planned, organize, and conducted at the employees’ worksite. OJT will generally be the primary method used for broadening employee skills and increasing productivity. It is particularly appropriate for developing proficiency skills unique to an employee’s job especially jobs that are relatively easy to learn and require locally – owned equipment and facilities.
Morale, productivity, and professionalism will normally be high in those organizations that employ a comprehensive OJT program.
To have a successful OJT program in the company, the president, manager, or supervisors needs to assign a person to coach the OJT Trainee. The responsibility of the coach is to plan the training carefully and conduct it effectively.
It is the responsibility of the supervisors and managers to utilize available resources to train, qualify, and develop their trainees.

Major employers like General Electric, ExxonMobil, JC Penney, Armstrong Floors, and Verizon utilize this training for their employees because the most efficient and effective way to learn for certain jobs is to actively perform the job. This belief applies across the employment spectrum from entry-level customer service representatives to engineers. This method works for these organizations.…

Three-dimensional images are jumping out of movie theaters and into living rooms. Well what exactly is 3D TV?
