EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Poutine Bar provides good tasty variety of fench fries. The proponents aim is to established business for the community provide prices in different buying capabilities and will operate for profit growth. The business will be located in Cavite City.

I. Company Description

Poutine Bar will provide variety of French fries, french fries flavors such as Classic poutine which is made from potato fries topped with cheese curds, and gravy. Next in line is Ground Poutine which is also made of French fries as a number one ingredient, ground pork, cheese curds, and gravy. The third one is Angry Poutine, it is called angry because it is laced with jalapenos, cheese curds and angry sauce or simply hot sauce.

Poutine Bar is a French Fries with a twist. The proponents will use different marketing strategies in order for the product to be feasible. The business will be established in Cavite city, the target market. In year 2015, Cavite City’s population is 102,008 and expected to grow by 1.75 % by the year 2017.The existing market share cover people from ages 13 and above within the area. The bigger portion of the market came from the youth.

III. Industry Competition
Poutine Bar will compete with McDonalds, Jollibee and Potato Corner. The proponents do not expect new businesses in line with company. The Poutine Bar’s edge with the competitor is that the company provides good taste fries with a twist, the catchy name and the business interior design.

The market prices for French fries depend on those existing business in the market. Hence, the company provides set of prices in different buying capabilities. The prices range from P35- 40 in variety of products.

IV. Management Team
The Poutine Bar will be led by a manager. The manager must have at least 2 years working experience in the food service industry. The manager must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any Business related course. Together with the team are the cashier, cook, assistant cook and the waitress
