1 INTRODUCTION
All team members were discussing during all four weeks of the course how we cope with stress and how important is our self-image. As well, we were observing our own behavior and responses to challenges at home and in the office.
Our responses to new demands on stress in the workplace were described in our individual assignments called Self-evaluation. In forum we discussed about our understanding the role and importance of self-image, our awareness of the role of abilities, interests, values and motivation in everyday life.
