With power, a ruler can control people into not doing what is right. King Creon makes a law where no one can bury Polyneices (his nephew). In the play Antigone by Sophocles King Creon makes a law that says “ Polyneices, I say, is to have no burial” pg. 820. King Creon has a lack of sympathy towards his family members. He doesn't care about Polyneices or about his family members, the law is the law. Creon could have created harmony by letting Polyneices have a burial. King Creon uses his powers to have the upper hand against all people.
