Prejudice And Racial Discrimination: An Analysis

In my second critical text, the Hitlers Article says “ Germans and other northern Europeans were Aryans-a superior race. Seeking to find physical evidence of the Aryan superiority and not- Aryan inferiority”. This shows that they thought there was a superior race and the other races were inferiority ( had something wrong with them). So, they would be subjected to racism and excluded from groups, we see this as discrimination.We see this in the crash when Ryan is talking to Shaniqua and says “ you know what I can’t do,I can't look at you without thinking about the five or six more qualified white men that didn't get your job”. This idea supports my hypothesis as Ryan being white believes that whites are more superior over the blacks and Shaniqua
being black should not have that job showing racism. I agree with these ideas as both of the quotes relate back to my hypothesis, it also shows two different points of views of Ryan's view and Hitler's view, how they both think it is ok to discriminate other races as they have more power. Hitler's article also says” Nazi’s being in power resulted in the jews being exterminated.This shows that there is a superior race. This resulted in jews and other races being discriminated and ended in their extermination. We see this in the movie "Crash" when Cameron is arguing to his wife after they got pulled over by the cops, and Cameron says “it's about time you realize what is it like being black”. This supports my hypothesis as whites scare blacks and blacks realize that they don't have power. so they get discriminated for not being able to stand up for themselves. I agree with these ideas as they link together which was the writer's purpose and supports my hypothesis
