Abstract
This paper explores the true importance of proper diet, exercise, and relaxation is essential for the correct development of a fetus and pertinent to the health and comfort of the mother. Establishing a routine and maintaining a safe and effective plan for a mother and future mother to have a successful birth process with limited issues. The development of a child depends greatly on the condition of the mother and how efficiently she takes care of herself and the fetus.
Prenatal and Postpartum
During your prenatal steps of pregnancy and during your postpartum period, it is very important to maintain your health and to eliminate stress in your life. You want to remain strong mentally, physically, and emotionally. You can obtain this by exercising, eating healthy, and relaxing.
Exercising can be a great part of making feel good during your period. It will help you stay healthy and reduce stress in your life. Stretches can improve muscle tone, flexibility, prepare you for delivery of your baby, or get you back into shape after birth of your child. After pregnancy, your stomach is now loose. The right exercise can return it to a normal composure within six to eight weeks if done properly. It may also help in diminishing stretch marks and strengthen your body. Simple exercises, such as tightening your abdomen muscles at random for ten to fifteen seconds a day can be very effective (Fitness And Exercise In Pregnancy, 2013).
Having a healthy diet is vital for the health of the fetus and also for proper development. It is also important to eat well once you have had the child because exercise alone will not return your body to its normal stature.
