Hey, I’m here to discuss your feelings and emotions that you are currently experiencing with your child are totally normal. In this memo, there are a few things that I would like for you to practice to help better develop you and your child. Spending quality time with your child will help grow a relationship with them allowing your kids to communicate with you. Try to be involved with your child 7 days a week. I personally believe that this will help you just as well as your child.
Communicate with your baby. Take the time out daily talk to your infant. When you communicate with your child it develops security between the parents and the child. Talking allows the child to recognize and after a while get familiarized with the voices before they become a certain age.
Exercise daily. If you usually perform active activities confirm with a doctor so that you can be sure that you’re not putting too much stress on yourself. Find a track and walk 1.5 miles 2-3 times a week. If you are not an active person walk until you are comfortable then weekly try to pick up speed. This activity will help you to stay active with your child. The morning time is usually the best time to work out. Throughout this time you should focus on developing posture, core area, energy and endurance. Once your body has gotten use to exercising, try running 2 miles. Develop better breathing techniques, strengthen the core and abdominal area, this conditioning will help you better yourself and child after pregnancy.
Nutrition is most important fact I can give you today. Make sure to eat at least five healthy meals a day. Your nourishment should consist of foods containing proteins, carbs, saturated fat, iron, vitamins and minerals. Drink plenty of fluids and avoid alcoholic beverages. .
If you begin to notice any of these symptoms for longer than 2 weeks seek counseling.
