From what I have gathered from the reading of your forum, President Johnson seems to be more self controlling than demanding and arrogant. Sometimes peoples in leadership aim for effort rather than perfection because they tend to focus more on the less importance rather than the primarily importances; however the end result causes them to lose out because of their ethic attempt of failure for not trying. It is okay to high self confident, but not too much confident.
For instance, like President Obama his leadership has the ability to influence others but something people cannot distinguish it because they
lack what is needed to become a significant leader. Some are trained to be a leader but a true leader is born with abilities to set goals, improve and control.
