Trump is a Russian-installed puppet. The media has misled the American public through headlines such as “Where's the outrage over Russia's hack of the US election?” from CNN, which caused many to falsely believe and assert that Russian operatives had actually altered the voting results across the country to assure a Trump victory, or “The Perfect Weapon: How Russian Cyberpower Invaded the U.S.” from the New York Times, which implies a much deeper Russian infiltration than simple, easily defensible fishing schemes into email accounts. The media has used the bite-sized nature of the information age, where headlines are read often, the stories themselves rarely, to push self-propagating narratives with little to no actual substance. The consequence of this is what we are seeing now, calls for investigation, even though Trump has already been investigated for Russian involvement and cleared by the FBI, to calls for impeachment by hysterical members of the opposition. This is the state of the current Democratic Party who, after devastating by massive losses in the House and Senate last year, look at the challenging, narrow path of feasible political structures through which they might be able to mount opposition to President Trump, and instead has chosen to incite a shadow war through their weapon in the American press with the goal of obstructing the Trump administration, for every day of the next four years, by any means necessary. Russia is not hacking our democracy, the media
