Meanwhile, the (less experience teachers and teachers of colors are placed in school where highly experienced teachers are needed) (stated by Orfied and Ee). In addition, the Mercury Newspaper report that Latinos and African American are among the most isolated in the nation (Mercury News, 2014). Even if the school administrators and districts are fighting for equality in their school, there is always some kinds of inequality and mistreatments that is going on between the races. According to Mount Diablo Unified School Districts, 60 percent that attend the school are Latinos and African American, while only 30 percent of White students attend the school (Mercury News, 2014). The students of colors and other race have to come to school everyday when (the school system and the larger society view them as a problem) (Singleton p.36, 2002). There is a need for each and every one of the students to be treated fairly and equally no matter what race them come from. There will be no understanding of race, unless the teachers (discover a love, sympathy, and authentic desire to reach their students of colors) (as stated by Singleton, p. 36, 2002). Not only race can have a huge impact on the students of color, but (poverty and wealth) (Singleton p. 39, 2002) can effect as well.
