In January 2015, the NFS Food Sdn. Bhd. decided to invest its know-how by acquiring manufacturing facilities. They have technology and expertise in traditional dry and frozen food processing and would like to tap market in East of Malaysia (Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, and East of Johor).
Recently, they were offered to supply the curry paste in all Tunas Manja, Mydin and Giant chain in the east coast region. The production set is in range of 10000 to 15000 kg mass per month. They intend to make use of man (UMP, IKM, Politeknik etc), machine (buy strategic machine and custom made for non-critical machine), material (plentiful of material around peninsular Malaysia) and Method (training may provide) around Pahang state province. It is expected the utilization of factory at Peramu Industrial Estate at Pekan may reduce significance amount of overhead cost compare to several location such as Kemaman, Gebeng or Indera Mahkota.
You are required to adopt the part of an engineering process for the whole work and:
Prepare a project proposal in response to this project proposal and the price schedule
Include in your proposal related management proposal, technical, financial, operation and maintenance requirement
Maintain & render a log of group & member activity on research, analysis, assessment, & write up
