Protective’s claims operation benefits from strong employee retention at both the claims management and claims team supervisor level. Vice President of Claims, David Ghesquiere who oversees Protective’s claims department, has over 10 years of experience in managing workers compensation claims operations and has been employed at Protective for the past 13 years. In addition to the above, Mr. Ghesquiere is supported by six claims team supervisors, all of whom have an average of 10 years experience in managing of workers’ compensation claims.
