In this document i will be explaining how three different types of resources human, physical and technological resources can improve the performances of Prototec Display System Limited and i will also give examples on how it improves it so that aims and objectives can be achieved.
Human
Staffs improve the performances of Prototec Display System Limited as they can operate machinery everyday and monitor them so they can quickly notice if something goes faulty or a problem occurs with the machines. That is important machines can quickly get repaired and products can carry on being made as soon as possible. Staff can also manage the phone calls from suppliers encase any changes or mix up happen, the staff on the phone can resolve the issue and make sure problems don’t excel. Day to day queries can also be answered by the staff which will show whoever rings that the business is always there to answer the calls and answer the needs of customers.
Staffs are also required for delivery as they can be used to distribute products directly to its destination which will keep customers happy as they won’t need to travel themselves to collect the products. Delivery
I.T technicians are also required for the business and improve business performance just encase something wrong happens to their online website a technician can quickly resolve the problem which is important so customers/suppliers don’t get frustrated that the service does not work and could possibly choose another supplier. I.T department can also be of use when it comes to designing posters and billboards.
Mechanics are very useful to Prototec Display System Limited as they need it to make the products, if the machinery gets faulty or breakdown a mechanic can find out what went wrong and get it fixed and it would cost much less than buying new machines again and again which will save the business a lot of money.
