This corporation has many different brands to offer to the public. Yet, only one stands out in my opinion, and that's the PlayStation 4. The PlayStation gaming system has been around for many years. Now in there are plenty of features that stands out. The price is one of the most interesting factors. Sony has dropped the price in the early stage of the PlayStation 4 to affordable price of $299.00. Making it's a affordable gaming console that offers a wide range of different games. Another reason why I enjoy this gaming console it offers a built in wifi system with no extra cost. Other features that makes this brand stand out is the graphics and design of the console. With any type of computer like system the heart of it is the central processing unit. This feature gives the PlayStation 4 an excellent graphic experience that causes individual to fall in love with its system. Console gaming has certainly made a huge jump in what it used to be. I can remember the 4 bit days, where Atari's sold out stores. Now you buy a game, and it looks so real, it is like you are actually there. Many people like the controller a console has to offer, or whether they don't feel like spending the time or money using a computer, as they are far more complex.…

There have been a plethora of discussions on whether or not body worn cameras on law enforcement officers are beneficial to the police and public. There are several convincing points on both sides of the argument; overall, police body cameras will be detrimental to police and the public. The readings made me think about how my parents raised me and my three other siblings. As a last child in my family, I was more disadvantaged than my older siblings in getting new things. Before having to request what I wanted, my sister’s and brother’s used stuffs were inherited to me. By the time I was 18 years old, it was natural for me to accept the fact that I am in charge of my own expenses and to not depend on my parent’s wallet. It is true, that many parents nowadays are trying to make up for their busy schedule with money and tangible gifts for their children. However, I agree with the writer that they should also think about what their children may be missing out when they easily can get all that they want from their parents. Children have to learn more valuable lesson of being hungry for self development that can lead to a better success.…

As I was reading this article, it made me think of my childhood growing up and how I related so close to this topic. For me, I didn't have a lot growing up so I found myself struggling with wanting all the same things my friends had that my parents couldn't always afford. My parents both worked full time jobs to provide for me and my two older brothers. Allison J. Pugh states in the article that low-income parents often planned ahead and save up to be able to buy their children what they ask for and I saw my parents do this for me and my brothers for Christmas and our birthdays. My parents taught me at a young age to stay humble and that material things don't define me as a person. I carry this lesson with my everyday life now. I see my father now buying my two younger half sisters any and everything they could ever want. I see him trying to make up for the things he couldn't give me while growing up. It also points out that your parents don't buy you things for the joy of…

The opposing side can say the cameras do not benefit law enforcement legally. Acknowledging that this doesn't benefit them because if a judge and the people interpret a video differently then the police officer might not have a fair trial. Basically saying that if everyone might interpret it differently therefore it can benefit or it can be a disadvantage. Therefore, yes the opposing side does have a valid argument. Then again, it could benefit them because if a person were trying to accuse them of doing something they did not do then it would be very hard to prove that they did not do it. It would benefit them in court because they would have video evidence to back up their statement. Best solution is if police officers are worried that they would get themselves into some trouble because of body cameras then they should just find another job because if they are…

    Memoir: The Homeless

As a kid, I was never aware of any of this. When I was about 5-6 years old , just like most of the other kids my age, I would always ask for every toy I saw in a store and then have a fit about it in public when my parents said “No!”. My parents always used to tell me that I should be happy with what I have and that there were kids my age who didn’t even have shelter or proper necessities but I never listened because I was only 5 years old and really obnoxious. Later, when I got into middle school, I used to see some of my peers at school with the latest phones and other electronic gadgets. I kept asking my parents for a latest phone and didn’t listen to them when they said “no”. At last, they got tired of trying to change me and bought me the iPhone 4s which was the newest phone at that time. I felt really happy and stronger than my parents because I was getting everything my way. Little did I know at that time that I was the one that was ruining myself and that there are more than a billion people who are living in extreme poverty and many more people who are living off of just $2.50 a day while I was crying for materialistic items which are not even worth over helping those needy…

After about an hour I finally saw a thing that I wanted. I think it was the new fifa 2012 for the X-box 360 I had to get it. It was only 60 dollars, and I had 75 dollars with me. So I went into the store and I bought it, then as I was on my way out of the store I saw a bunch of new items that they just got. They had laptops, IPods, I pad, Kindles, Kindle fires, Nooks, cameras, and video cameras. They had about everything that someone would ever want. Like me I want all that stuff because I am a boy and boys love electronics especially laptops and iPods. But I was only looking for one thing right now, and they just got brand new ones. I have been looking for a brand-new laptop since my brother threw it into is pool, and…

This is proven to be true in America today. Kids seem to expect everything handed to them. I feel that if I had not given my kids everything they wanted they would have more responsibility. Kids these days have no morals, no respect, and really don’t care about anyone but themselves. They always want you to do for them. They never ask if you need anything or if you would like something.…
