Discussion (1 hour & 30mins) * "Building Relationships with our girls"
Dyamond thinks that we need to have a better relationship with the girls, she said that she personally does not know all the names of her girls. She suggested having prayer partners or taking girls out. Adamaka suggested just calling or checking in with WOW girls. Talilah suggested being friends with the WOW girls only through the WOW Facebook page. Adamaka is going to follow up with the office to make sure that all True Vine members join the WOW Facebook group. Shani said that she thinks that each individual should decide to build their own relationship with girls, and the each facilitator is proactive with building relationships as a mentor even if only which the girls in their age group. Talilah talked about making sure that the youths feel comfortable with speaking with people when going into a room. Talilah also suggested that the girls start brainstorming for their age group. * Calling them * Making Prayer Partnership, etc * Proposals -- Talilah to have led on proposal (eboard review & make decision on what to keep add disregard) Gervetti to resend link/download
Talilah said, so that we can be more organized and in order to have checks and balances in the church, and having our own proposal. Talilah found a proposal with an event overview, this is just details about what the event is going to look like, and also making sure to have a budget.
