INTRODUCTION:

This case involves the suspect being arrested for public intoxication and unable to care for herself in violation of PC 647(f)-Public Intoxication.

INVESTIGATION:

On 03-06-16 at approximately 1728 hours, Officer Saunders #7720 and I responded to the School House parking lot located at 33 E. Green Street for a hit and run investigation (Refer to X/R# 16003385 for additional information).
Upon our arrival, Officer Saunders contacted Suspect Sarah Marie Fierro who was standing on the fourth forth in the south portion of the above parking lot.
I later approached Fierro and asked for her identification. Fierro stated, “I’m not giving you my name.” I noticed that Fierro’s speech was slurred as she spoke and she appeared to be
