Purpose Number 3

The first purpose I choose is choice number 5, which is Promote the general Welfare. To promote general welfare just means that the government is protecting four important things of their citizens, these four things are health, peace, morality, and safety of its citizens. In my opinion, promoting the general welfare the citizens is the simple most important main goal for the government. The reason being is that without it the government would be a mess and won't work at all. Furthermore, it shows the strength of the influential militarily and economically.

Purpose number 3 is my second choice, which is Ensuring domestic Tranquility. Ensuring Domestic Tranquility means peace and quiet at home, in this case, a country. In my honest belief, Ensuring
