• Vision. If you have a guiding vision then you know what you want to do personally and professionally. You also know that with persists you can overcome setbacks and failures. “Unless you know where you’re going, and why, you cannot possibly get there”.(Bennis, 1994, para 3.). “The visionary leader thinks big, thinks new, thinks ahead-and most important, is in touch with the deep structure of human consciousness and creative potential”. (Covey, 2004, para 2.)
• Passion. A good leader is passionate about his profession, his goals and the promises of life. He also knows that by being energetic and motivating, he will become an inspiration to. A leader who communicates passion gives hope and inspiration to other people. A good leader must love what he is doing and know that being passionate of your goal you can influence others to do the same.
• Integrity. “Integrity is the basis of trust, it is the one quality that cannot be acquired but, must be earned. It is giving by co-workers and followers, and without it, the leader cannot function”. (Bennis, 1994, para 3.). Integrity is important because if you want to inspire others one must see that you have high morals and professional standards.
