Introduction
We are a consultant company and have been asked by Pendle Textile to provide strategic advices in order to improve the performance in various aspects.
In recent years, the economy is growing rapidly in global market. Due to the business environment is changing so fast, there are various issues affecting textile industry. How to fix these kinds of issues? Apart from improving the quality of products and services, changing plan and continuous improvement of the organization are also essential. Furthermore, diversification of strategic approaches should also be considered. Nowadays, most of the organizations are initiating to use strategic approaches to build up the relationship between their business and employees which can empower an organization to reflect total quality management approaches.
In addition, operational management is a very high regard for consideration. It refers to the management of production system that transforms input to finished goods and services. Plus, how the organizations produce goods and services? The organization concerns with controlling the process of
