The observable information clearly shows the appearance of the glass cup. Thus being my second piece of evidence. Queenie does claim, in fact, that her husband was coming downstairs for another drink, which explains where Arthur was supposedly going, and provides logic as to why he was holding a cup in the first place. Ordinarilly, during Arthurs fall, he would’ve dropped the glass out of shock, or it would’ve completely shattered when it had hit the ground. The perfectly stable cup in his hand indicates that it had been purposely placed in his palm.
Ultimately, Queeenie claims her husband had been upstairs the entire time. The crime scene shows there to be food, rather someone cooking on the stove. Not only is the food unattended, but Queenie’s claim does not correlate to what the actual scene shows. In Queenie’s statement, she never mentions that anyone was cooking at all. Her claim states that she had invited friends for a drink at 1 in the morning, not for a meal. This information indicates that Queenie was not cooking whatsoever.
