1.Describe your ideal lifestyle during your working life.
I don’t know where I will work in future. Maybe I will work in bank or I will have my own business. In ideal I will work flextime, my salary will be high and I’ll have many benefits (free medical insurance, company car, profit-sharing, stock options, bonuses est.). I will work carefully, and if I will work in bank or another company (not mine) I expect to be promoted every several years. If job won’t satisfy me, I’ll change it.
What status indicators are absolutely essential for you?
I have no idea how my career will develop. I expect to work for several different companies in my life. While I m young and full of energy, I think, it s money and comfortable lifestyle. Job satisfaction, variety and being useful for society will be my priorities later… I hope to find job with all of this priorities but I don t think that I will be so lucky, so it will be my choice.
What kind of job can light your fire?
I think that job which can light my fire should be interesting, challenging, satisfying, I have no idea how my career will develop but I hope that job which corresponds this characteristics will be able to light my fire. How can you note down the difference between vocation, career and job?
Vocation is the most profound of the three and it has to go with your calling. It s what you are doing in life that makes a difference for you, that builds meaning for you… Career is line of work. It s not the same as your calling. A job is the most specific and immediate of three terms. It has to do with who s employing you at the moment and what your job description is for the next 6 months or so.
