Rachel Bohlen: A Case Study
On April 5, 2017, at approximately 1100 hours, the undersigned detective and Ms. Rachel Bohlen (OAG), interviewed the complainant at 441 4th Street NW. The complainant stated that she is no longer in a romantic relationship with the alleged suspect; however she is still in love with him. The complainant stated that the alleged suspect took advantage of her and forced her to have sexual intercourse. The complainant stated that she does not want to see him incarcerated. The complainant stated that alleged suspect approached her at school and apologized about what happened.
On April 5, 2017, the undersigned detective and Ms. Rachel Bohlen (OAG), interviewed the complainant’s mother (Ms. Crystal Waldron). Ms. Waldron stated that the complainant
refused to talk about the incident and not ready to move forward with the case. Ms. Waldron stated the complainant and the alleged suspect were friend for a year. Ms. Waldron stated that the complainant still has on going appointments at the CNMC and wants to set up a meeting with Psychiatrist. Ms. Waldron stated that the complainant will need sometimes to decide what she wants to do with this case.
Ms. Bohlen (OAG) believes that the complainant need sometimes and talk with her Psychiatrist. Ms. Bohlen wants to follow-up with the complainant after her appointment with the Psychiatrist.
