With reference to your application and the subsequent offer made to you after your Interview, We are pleased to appoint you as “Associate Software Engineer” with a Grade G8-A2 in our Organization on the terms and conditions enumerated in this letter and Annexure – A.
1. Your monthly Gross Salary is on Cost to Company basis will be Rs.1,20,000/- p.a. Rs. 10,000/- p.m. Conveyance incurred for official duties shall be reimbursed. Salary Fitment is as per Annexure – B.

2. Upon appointment you would be working as a Trainee / on Probation for the period of six months. Upon completion of your training period we would assesses you for your suitability for the post and may position you in our department and inform the emoluments. If not confirmed, in writing, your employment with us would automatically cease with no claim of any nature against us on expiry of probation.

3. You will be bound by the responsibilities under the Information Security Policy of the Company as contained under Annexure – C.
