He says, “Patience. It’s one of the hardest things to learn as a coach, to be patient, because it’s a very difficult sport, it is not one of your typical ball sports,” Randy says, describing how unique this sport is and how much patience a coach needs to have with the girls, the fact that they are young, and that they can make their bodies flip through the air, it is just a sport you really need to have patience with. Randy also says, “...and sometimes, you lose your patience, but that’s the thing, you got to, ya know, try and keep a level head about you when the time requires you be a little more stirn,” Randy really shows the difficulties that a coach goes through, it isn't a typical sport when you hit a ball, nor kick a ball, and when you miss you say oh I will get it next time, this sport is more a mental sport than an athletic sport, and that’s why a coach really needs to have patience. Because all the girls have the ability to do what they want, but the difficult thing is if they are mentally able to let themselves do
