Rape Survivor Child Custody Debate

The legislation addressing Rape Survivor Child Custody Act is of paramount interest to me because I am a woman and unfortunately in the future this bill could apply to me or someone I love. This issue directly impacts me and any other woman in the United States.

I am primarily concerned about how these rapists are even being considered to have any paternal rights, because these people are criminals and should be in jail rather than being granted any rights to the child. Other aspects of this same issue that affect

I believe it is an important issue, and would like to see the legislation pass to ensure effective safety measures are taken for these women who have been violated as well as the children that could be the outcome. These monsters who committed the heinous act of rape should absolutely have no rights to any child that was a product of their rape.
