Definition
Symbolic Speech: Symbolic speech is a nonverbal communication. An example of symbolic speech is burning of the flag and draft-card burning, and marching. The government has protected some of the symbolic speech. Real life example of symbolic speech is a person next to you do not speak anything but slap you on your face that means the person is angry with you or something is wrong with that person we do not aspect the person to say that thing just the action is enough.
Establishment Clause: Establishment Clause is a clause that is made to prevent Congress from favoring or giving one religion more important than another. An example of the establishment clause is not having prayer in school. Real life example of Establishment Clause is that government cannot make a church, temple, and mosques.

For example, we need a warrant for wiretapping, thermal scanning, and searches. Fourth Amendment protects against illegal search and seizure so we cannot give illegal proof to the court.
Miranda Rights: Prior to the time of arrest and before asking any question to a suspect must be told that he or she has the right to legal counsel, right to be told that anything he or she says can be used in court against the person. Even though the person ignore that the warning is called Miranda rights. The Miranda rule supposedly prevent self-incrimination in violation of 5th amendment.
Double Jeopardy: Double Jeopardy prohibit state and federal government for punishing the person for same crime more than one time. Double jeopardy protection was first the federal law but later it also became a state law. An example of Double Jeopardy is the Sharone Brown murder charges after accepting a guilty plea for misdemeanor
