Recess Necessity Or Nicety
“Recess Necessity or Nicety” do want something that helps are children's physical,mental,and are children's grades or something that does not. First off research has shown not only helps with their grades but also helps with their physical health that is coarsely needed.
Studies have also shown that in a group of thirty students that went outside for recess and after coming in and take a test did better with that than they did when they did not go outside for recess. When they students went outside, they got a 91% class average on the test When the did it the second time but did not go outside they got a 67% class average.
And another way recess can help us with the problems of stress especially in middle school. As a middle schooler myself,
