L’s daily living status by following her routines. I avoided to stay up or wake up too late, because Ms. L began her day in early morning. When I arrived home earlier than her, I cleaned snow on driveway, let her dogs out, took care of dogs until she arrived home. I tried to provide support when she needed. I tried to help her to clean the snow on driveway at night. After I knew she would have a busy schedule, I asked if she need anything before I left for shopping. I help her to package up, and I moved heavy things to right places for her. When she had problems with electronic products, I helped her to fix them. There were several times her son visited us with his big Kin Shepherd. I brought her small dog to my room and took care of him. We celebrated her birthday and Christmas together, and I prepared gifts for her. Also, I introduced Chinese culture to Ms. L. We received an urgent request which need my supervisor to confirm. I tried my best to contact my supervisor, but I didn’t get any feedback. I reported the issue to Mr. Q immediately, while he seems was busy dealing with something else. Mr. Q came to me half hour later, and he asked if I heard anything from my supervisor. I told him that I was keep calling my supervisor, and I didn’t know what happened or where she is. Mr. Q suddenly got mad at me. He threw all documents on my desk, yelled at me in front of group people and asked me to find my supervisor, to ‘fix it’. I was shock, and I was mad. At that moment I didn’t say anything or acting out. I thought like he experienced a burnout or something bad. I kind waited for an explanation or an apology, but I got nothing.
